I really like this picture because her legs aren’t stick-thin, yet you can see how strong they are. Even when I was training my hardest and lifting at my heaviest, my legs never really got ‘defined’, just quite thick. They’re probably still the part of my body I am most insecure about, and I’m not yet at the point where I can say I accept and love them. I’m working on it though, and photos like this getting thousands of notes reminds me that there is more than one way of looking fit and attractive.
